Make your own Ragnaros finger puppet – Hard mode!

Ragnaros finger puppet

Okay, as promised – how to make your own Ragnaros finger puppet. I’ll provide two sets of instructions. First: heroic mode, which assumes knowledge of crochet. Next post: normal mode, which just uses felt. It’s quicker and the learning curve isn’t as steep, but the drops aren’t as good (and you get less rep). Heroic mode Ragnaros (crochet) Heroic mode raid composition Scraps of red, orange or yellow yarn. I have a huge skein of variegated yarn in those tones that I used for my first … Continue reading

Make your own Ragnaros finger puppet – Easy mode!

And now for the normal mode version of this puppet: this time in felt. So all you need are rudimentary skills in printing, cutting, gluing, and waggling your finger. Oh and some felt. Healing Baleroc 10 man – reloaded

Flat demon.

Raid positioning for h-Shannox

This is how LoLS do heroic Shannox, and my quick notes for healing it. I’m assuming you know the normal version of the fight before attempting heroic. If you’re looking for notes for healing the normal version, this may help. Raid Composition two tanks (warrior on Riplimb, druid on Shannox) two healers (paladin on Riplimb tank, druid on Shannox tank, both on raid) six dps (two melee, four ranged, where one of the ranged is a hunter, and one an arcane mage (we actually run with … Continue reading

Mini update

My real life sleepy kitty form.

Real life has been hectic, and this poor blog, as usual, has suffered. I’ve spent the last month travelling for work, I’ve got a new job (that I haven’t started yet), I’ve had too many things going on health-wise to mention. But! The good news is that my healing hand is better! I am hoping that it was a combination of resting it (I’ve been playing a bit less, no more obsessively gearing all my alts), my new key bindings, and my new mouse (which I … Continue reading
